Important Information:
1) It is highly recommended that a copy of your Recovery Key Phrase is stored securely. RKP is needed when you attempt to bind into a new Google Authenticator.
2) To ensure maximum account and asset security, Bybit urges all traders to have their 2FA binded to their Google Authenticator at all times.
Step 1: Launch the Bybit App. At the bottom left corner, select Home. Then, Select the profile icon from the upper left corner. Select Security.
Step 2: Beside Google Authentication, slide the white circle switch to the right.
Step 3: Key in the email/SMS verification code sent to your email address or mobile number respectively. The app will automatically redirect you to the next page.
Note:
- If you are not able to receive the verification code by email, please consult this article: Troubleshooting: Unable to receive Email verification code.
