PnL
Users' PnL will be calculated as the sum of total profits and losses from eligible contract types (Forex, Metals, Commodities, Oil, Indices, and USDT Perpetual) during the event, including only positions opened within the event period. PnL will consist of realized profits from closed positions and unrealized profits from positions open at the conclusion of the event.
Gold&FX Volume (Lots)
Please note that the 100-lot/500-lot minimum trading volume requirement is based on Forex, Metals, Commodities, Oil, and Indices contracts only. USDT Perpetual contracts are excluded from the calculation.
Minimum Gold&FX Volume (Lots)
Users must meet the minimum trading volume requirement to be eligible for rewards. If a user falls short of the required volume, they will receive the reward corresponding to the next lower tier. For example, if the top prize requires 500 lots and a trader only completes 200 lots, they will receive the prize for the 200-lot tier (1,000 USDT) instead.

Glossary & FAQs
What is a "Lot"?
A lot is a standard unit of measure in Gold&FX trading, representing a set amount of an asset in a trade. Unlike crypto trading, where volume may be measured in coins or tokens, lots standardize trade quantities for assets like gold or currency pairs, making trade sizes easier to understand. The size of one (1) lot varies depending on the contract type. For example, for XAUAUD+, one (1) lot equals 100 contracts. For detailed information on lot sizes for each contract, please refer to the Bybit MT5 Contract Specifications.
What’s the value of three (3) ounces of gold? And what does XAUUSD+ mean?
In the XAUUSD+ chart, the price shown represents the spot price of gold in U.S. dollars (USD) for one (1) troy ounce of gold (1 troy ounce = 31.1035 grams). So, if XAUUSD+ displays a price of $3,000, then three (3) ounces of gold would have an approximate value of $9,000.
What is the leverage for Gold&FX trading on MT5?
Bybit MT5 offers varying default leverage levels across different contract types. For example, forex and CFD contracts can have leverage up to 500x, while crypto Perpetual contracts may offer up to 200x leverage. Note that these leverage settings are fixed and cannot be manually adjusted by users. For detailed information on each contract's default leverage, please refer to the Bybit MT5 Contract Specifications.
What are the trading fees?
Trading fees on Bybit MT5 are referred to as commissions. The commission rate varies depending on the type of contract. For more information, visit the MT5 Trading Fees Explained article.
