TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This event is part of the APT Taipei Poker Classic 2024, running 27 Sept to 7 Oct in Taipei, Taiwan at the CTP Asia Poker Arena. Users must be 18 years and above at the event start date and meet all requirements of these Terms and Conditions to be eligible to enter the Event.
2. The Event is open globally, with the exception of residents from France, Germany, Spain, Canada (Quebec), Canada (Ontario), Singapore, United States, The Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Netherlands, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Sevastopol, Sudan, Brazil and Syria.
3. Event participation conditions: To be eligible to play in Event #40 or #44, users must click the "Register now" button, deposit the buy-in amount of 180 USDT or 800 USDT, transfer the buy-in amount to APT Bybit's account and fill up the google form with their full details (UID, Name as per passport or ID that will be used for registration onsite and email address) between August 1, 2024, 12:00 AM UTC+8 and October 1, 2024, 15:55PM UTC+8. If they do not have a Bybit account, they would first need to sign up, complete Identity Verification Lv. 1 then register for the event and then follow the steps outlined above.
4. All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit Terms of Service. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
5. Bybit reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.
6. Bybit reserves the right to the final interpretation of this event. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team.
7. The UID, name and email address on the google form filled from all users will be shared with Asian Poker Tour so they could verify all players onsite during the event. All collected data will be used only for the purpose of this event, and will be deleted immediately after the event ends. More information on how we process personal data can be found here.
8. Disclaimer: Bybit assumes no responsibility or liability towards any services, actions, or failures resulting from third parties as the event is only solely part of Bybit's sponsorship with APT, without any involvement in the event's management. Furthermore, Bybit holds no liability for any event cancellation, rescheduling, or any other circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other unforeseeable events.
9. Any dispute between the consumer and Bybit shall be settled through alternative dispute resolution means. Unresolved disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Taiwan.
