Traders can now export their trades, orders, and account history from their Bybit account. To facilitate the data extraction process, traders can export the following:

1. Consolidated Statement
You can now export your account change details and the trading & order history of different products in one file from the Export Account Statement page. Please find below the type of data available in your consolidated statement:

To create your Consolidate Statement, please click on Assets → Funding Account → History → Export.
Select the accounts and type of data that you wish to export and simply click on Export to generate your consolidated statement.
Once done, your data will be accessible via the Download button. If you encounter any issues when extracting the data from the downloaded file, please consult this guide.
Notes:
— Data for the day will be available for export on the following day. You can export data up to ten (10) times per month. Each export can contain up to 12 months of data, starting from January, 1st 2020.
— There is no record limit for exports from the Export Account Statement page.
— The exporting process may take up to 1-3 days to complete. An email will be sent to your registered email address once the export is completed and the download link will be valid for 7 days. Please download your data file at your earliest convenience.
— Your Bybit UID will be included by default in the exported data. You can add your legal name by ticking the Legal Name box.
— Some data may not be available in the consolidated statement, such as the Spot Order history, Trade history, and Subscription & Redemption history. To export these data, please follow the following guide (Single Statement).
2. Single Statement
You can export data that is not yet accessible from the Export Account Statement page by following the guide below.

On the History page, simply click on the Export button in the top right corner.
In the pop-up window, you can select the date range for your data and click on Export Now to generate your data export file.

Things to Take Note |
— Bybit Spot Trading was fully released on Jul 15, 2021, therefore traders cannot export data before this date. — Up to 10,000 records can be exported each time. Please modify the date range or contact Customer Support if the status shows "Limit Exceeded". |
— Only canceled orders from the past seven (7) days are reflected, and can be exported from the Order History. — Exported data includes records of trades in USDT Perpetual, Inverse Perpetual and Inverse Futures. — Up to 10,000 records can be exported each time. Please modify the date range or contact Customer Support if the status shows "Limit Exceeded". |
— Only data before Mar 2023 will be available from the Earn Account page.
