Here are the appeal rules for P2P trading through Bybit Wallet (Web3). Please take note:

    1. Transfer Time Frame (15-Minute Window)

    • As a seller, please take note that initiate cryptocurrency transfers to the designated Bybit account within 15 minutes of placing your order.
    • Failure to complete the transfer within this timeframe results in automatic order cancellation, rendering the original transfer address invalid.
    • Splitting transactions for a single order is not supported.

    2. Order Cancellation and Re-Matching

    • Buyers occasionally cancel orders, which triggers a re-match process.
    • The price difference between new and original orders should be within 5% for re-matching.
    • Limited re-matches allowed; excessive cancellations lead to order cancellation.
    • Timely execution of cryptocurrency transfers within 15 minutes is crucial to avoid automatic order cancellation without re-matching initiation.

    3. User-Borne Gas Fee for P2P Trading via Bybit Wallet (Web3)

    • Buyers engaging in P2P trading via Bybit Wallet (Web3) are accountable for covering the associated gas fees.
    • When users buy cryptocurrency through Bybit Wallet (Web3), the received amount equals the order's cryptocurrency amount minus transaction fees and gas fees.
    • Sellers are not obligated to cover the gas fee for an on-chain transfer. In case of a refund, the actual amount received after the transfer will take precedence.

    4. Seller Scenarios for P2P Trading via Bybit Wallet (Web3)

Sellers conducting P2P trading through Bybit Wallet (Web3) may encounter these situations:

    1. If a buyer places an order and successfully transfers funds, but the platform matching result exceeds the maximum limit, causing order cancellation and a refund.
    2. Refunds are initiated upon order cancellation following an appeal.

Refund amounts are determined by the actual received amount after the transfer, excluding gas fees incurred during the transfer process. For instance, if a user sells 100 USDT with gas fees incurred during the transfer, the refund will be based on the actual 100 USDT received.
